Controlled Access
Protected demonstrations use server-enforced authorization, individual magic-link access, expiring sessions, and role-aware controls. Public pages do not expose protected case data or proprietary server-side workflow records.
Data Minimization
Public intake is limited to organizational and business-evaluation information. Demonstrations use synthetic or de-identified data. Visitors are instructed not to submit PHI, patient identifiers, credentials, privileged communications, or confidential claim documents.
Operational Safeguards
ClaimCalcPro™ uses encrypted web transport, access controls, server-side processing, logging, and controlled service providers. Safeguards are reviewed as the platform evolves. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

To report a suspected security or privacy issue, contact info@claimcalcpro.com. Do not include sensitive data in the initial message.
